it stretches 2 inches everywhere, except the bottom which has a tight fit. It doesn’t stretch farther than 26 inches so this dress is not made for long distance walking & is true to size. This is resort wear, think lounging on the beach, poolside outfit, boat party. Not for your shopping day! Due to the mishap on the bottom (it being a little tight to walk in), I brought the price of this dress down, but it is still a banger.
