it stretches 2 inches everywhere, except the bottom which has a tight fit. It doesn’t stretch farther than 26 inches so this dress is not made for long distance walking & marathons. This is resort wear, think lounging on the beach, poolside outfit, boat party. Not for your shopping day! The mishap on the bottom brought the price of this dress down, but it is still a banger. Big up ya self 🤭
