small/x small with a drawstring, the mini is mini. It’s almost a belt, will cover your whole butt if you don’t have one like literally at all so be warned if that’s what you’re looking for! Please note the measurements are slightly shifted in this image so that is a 30” waist, the flare makes cute little pleats.
