xs-S if you go to LA in March or visit a beach with a run off of cold water from the mountains and still want to go to the water, this is the look, falls likes a cover up dress and the arms can be scrunched or rolled up for personal styling. Will dry you off and warm you up at the same time! Will replace walking around wearing a towel around you because ew.
if you want a sweater to wear to the movies/on a date with a tank under and a nice big pair of earrings, this is all year wear but you’d get the most out of it in the spring.
